Special olympics oregon (soor), oregon’s premier sports organization for individuals with intellectual disabilities, is hosting their annual polar plunge events throughout the state, starting with the salem plunge on. The eugene polar plunge is a special fundraising event where our local communities raise money and awareness for special olympics oregon athletes.
